Individual Rate
$20 - Licensed for individuals. (Home and private use only; public screening and classrooms rights are not included.) Bulk quantity discounts are available.
Community Rate
$49 - Licensed for community organizations, high schools, public libraries and videostores. (Includes public screening rights). Bulk quantity discount community fundraiser packages are available.
Institutional Rate
$299 - Licensed for universities and colleges, university and college libraries, university and college student groups, museums, media art centers, unions, and national/regional organizations with video collections for rent or loan. (Includes public screening rights and institutional classroom use.)
About Pricing Categories
Community organizations, libraries and schools pay a higher price for our documentaries in order to obtain a license which includes public screening rights, which grants permission to screen the video before a public audience or to be used in a classroom.
DVD sales and speaking engagements are our primary means of generating the revenue necessary to support the independent production and distribution of our cutting-edge social issue documentary.
We do not want these pricing guidelines to discourage community or institutional screenings of our films. Please contact Joe Public Films if you have prohibative financial constraints, and we can discuss options.
Shipping Charges
- $3.50 shipping & handling fee for first DVD; $1 for each additional DVD.
- $5 shipping & handling fee for first VHS cassette; $2 for each additional VHS cassette.
